PIF operates CASTING LAB and manages personal information processed through the Service in accordance with applicable laws.

We process information for account identification and security, profile display, company verification, project posting, applications, casting, matching, support, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

4. Retention

Information is generally retained until account deletion or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, subject to legal retention obligations and legitimate dispute handling needs.

5. Public and Private Information

Information intentionally published on public profiles may be visible to users and search engines. Phone numbers, email addresses, login credentials, verification documents, and private messages are not public by default.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose personal information beyond its stated purpose except with user consent or where permitted or required by law.

7. Service Providers and Cross-Border Processing

We may use services such as Supabase, Netlify, LINE, Google, Kakao, and Apple. Data may be processed outside the user’s country depending on infrastructure location.

8. LINE Login and Official Account

If LINE Login is used, CASTING LAB may use authentication information provided by LINE to create or link an account. Adding the official account is optional.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage may be used for sign-in, language and region settings, security, and convenience.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion.

11. Deletion

When retention is no longer necessary, personal information is securely deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery.

12. Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures such as authentication, access controls, restricted admin access, log review, backups, and security updates.

13. Minors

Where parental or guardian consent is required by law, the appropriate consent process must be completed.

We may update this Policy when laws, features, or data-processing practices change. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
